Cowdrey Jenkins, LLP, seeks an experienced associate attorney to join our trial litigation team. We are a California statewide civil litigation firm that focuses on elder abuse/wrongful death litigation. 7+ years of litigation experience with trial preparation and first or second-chair trial experience is preferred. You will have an opportunity to be involved in marketing and originating new cases, and earn bonuses based on personal and firm results.
The right candidate will be sufficiently experienced to handle a case from start to finish with guidance and mentorship, have strong writing skills, excel at handling complex law and motion issues, communicate well with clients, take and defend depositions, and want to get into the courtroom and develop your trial skills. You bring your knowledge of civil litigation, and we will train you on the substantive law.
