Cowdrey Jenkins, LLP, seeks an experienced associate attorney to join our trial litigation team. We are a Camarillo-based law firm with a statewide civil litigation practice that focuses on representing long-term care providers (defendants) and select plaintiffs in elder abuse litigation. 10+ years of litigation experience with trial preparation and first or second-chair trial experience is preferred. You will have an opportunity to be involved in marketing and originating new cases, and earn bonuses based on personal and firm results.
The right candidate will be sufficiently experienced to handle a case from start to finish with guidance and mentorship, have strong writing skills, excel at handling complex law and motion issues, communicate well with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels, take and defend depositions, and want to get into the courtroom and desire trial experience.
