Growing business law firm in Thousand Oaks seeks part-time associate attorney approximately 15-20 hours per week. We are looking to hand over active case files to this associate and need someone who can operate with minimal supervision. The guaranteed salary is $66,560 in 2024. Other attorneys in the firm earn $100,000 to $150,000 per year depending on time worked.
Qualifications for this position are:
1) Membership in good standing with the California State Bar;
2) At least 2 years’ experience in business transactional and/or civil litigation;
3) Availability to make some court appearances in Ventura and Los Angeles counties;
4) Ability to sit across the table from our business clients and command their respect.

NOTE: You must practice law exclusively for our firm. We are NOT looking for a sole practitioner who is in need of more clients for their own law practice.
