Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.
Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Prepare reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
