Description If you have a passion for human resources and you're looking for an engaging, new opportunity, Robert Half has a great opportunity as a Human Resources Specialist. This role will involve performing a wide variety of HR duties, including assisting with sourcing new talent, posting open requisitions, recruiting, new hire orientation, and employee relations.Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.

Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that provide new hires with the necessary resources, training, and support to excel in their roles.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees and facilitate their integration into the company culture.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing improvements as needed to enhance the candidate experience and employee retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.

Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and employee engagement.

SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
