Office in Nipomo seeking administrative assistant with emphasis on A/R & customer relations
Hours: 3 to 4 hour shifts M-F
Duties:
Responsible for A/R
Maintain & update website
Take photos of new product & edit as needed for website & marketing materials
Help with marketing programs-
schedule, organize customer/designer communications. (Timing is crucial.)
send out email marketing blasts
Answer phones & emails
Data entry
Maintain direct contact with customers
Various office duties
Maintain confidentiality of all information
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Office (preferred)
Working knowledge of Quick Books & Excel (preferred)
Strong communication skills both verbal & written
Detail oriented/Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize & work independently
Approximately 20 hours per week
Will train the right person
