WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with ABA services (required)
Intake & onboarding experience
Scheduling experience
Marketing and networking experience
Proficiency with graphic design software
Technologically savvy
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe
Excellent telecommunication skill
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in therapy clinic with children present
Ability to pass DOJ background check
Proof of negative TB within the last two years
Responsibilities
Scheduling
Assist with Spanish-speaking scheduling calls
Assist with the management of session cancellations
Communicate cancellations or scheduling changes with families and staff
Use of scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules
Recruitment
Manage staffing and hiring needs
Manage & monitor job site accounts
Screen and select resumes
Conduct candidate screenings
Onboarding
Assist with onboarding new staff
Conduct training on scheduling policies and scheduling software for all incoming staff
Conduct technology-related orientation with newly hired clinicians
Receive & Manage Client Referrals
Oversee third party referrals and direct prospective client emails/calls for ABA services
Maintain database of incoming referrals and present timely and thorough information to the clinical team and department heads
Conduct clinical intake screenings with prospective clients
Translate documents & interpret for Spanish speaking prospective clients
Marketing & Networking
Research local community events
Marketing material preparation and distribution
Facilitate agency participation in community resource fairs
Assist with college recruiting initiatives and other networking events
Office Oversight
Monitor main office phone line
Manage inventory log of teaching materials and electronics
Manage tech inventory
Receive packages
General office oversight and upkeep
Maintain appropriate & welcoming work environment for staff
Behavior Therapy
With the right background and experience, this may be a hybrid position that includes a part-time caseload as a behavior therapist. The hybrid role is for those who meet the qualifications of a behavior therapist, and is not required for the service coordinator position.
