Professionalism, patience, and a “customer-first” attitude are a must, friendly, team player, must have great phone customer service experience, be detailed to make sure all work is completed correctly the first time, be able to work independently, and have great multi-tasking skills.
This person will handle incoming phone calls for plumbing appointments, and customer concerns. They will be handling all follow-ups for the best customer service.
They will also be responsible for working with plumbers in the field to be sure all customers are serviced correctly.
This position is important to the success of our business, this person needs to be dependable, honest, and ethical. They will need to work well with others and learn the software programs we use and email.
The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday in our office.
