As an Insurance Customer Service Representative your duties will include greeting and getting to know our clients, answering telephones, taking payments, setting up appointments and making changes to insurance policies. This position leads you to becoming a licensed Insurance Agent, writing policies and earning commissions and we'll help you get to that point.
