Our beautiful, full-service hotel on the North Coast of San Luis Obispo County is seeking a full-time Sales & Event Manager within our Sales Department.
We’re looking for a candidate who loves working with people, solving problems and creating beautiful experiences for guests. This candidate will work alongside our event coordinator to plan and execute weddings, social or corporate events, and large group stays while maintaining a commitment to accuracy and excellence. They must be able to multitask, manage a variety of projects with competing priorities, and work with a diverse clientele.
Prior experience in event planning and management in a luxury hotel or resort setting is preferred. $28/Hour DOE.

Our beautiful North Coast lodge is seeking a full-time Sales & Event Manager. You must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, have excellent computer skills and work well in a busy office environment. To be successful in this position you must like working with people in all aspects of planning their special event which range from weddings, vow renewals to family reunions. You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills as the event specialist communicates regularly throughout the entire process with the clients both verbally and in writing. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, in addition to being comfortable working with a diverse clientele. Our Ideal candidate will be outgoing and have outstanding people skills, as you will be working closely with our event coordinators and clients to bring their special events to life with thoughtfulness and detailed coordination.
