Responsibilities & Duties:
-Training and supervision of staff in providing a superior customer experience, always leading by example
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
-Communicate and model company culture for the retail team
-Manage and supervise the daily operations of the retail store
-Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
-Inventory maintenance of supplies and product
Previous Experience:
-Staff management
-Customer service in a retail or hospitality environment
-Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
