Prep bakers needed to perform following duties:
Check inventory of prepped items and prep according to items needed.
Bakery items include:
Muffin mixes
Scone mixes
Pie dough
Brioche
Danish dough
Cake mixes
Other various baked products (streusel, almond filling, cookie dough, ganache, frosting, etc.)
- Must have experience working in a bakery, and/or commercial baking experience.
- Knowledge of how to prep and bake above mentioned items necessary for this position.
- Hours: afternoon shifts available and can be flexible, starting at noon - 7 or 8 pm. Shift will be 4-5 hours in length.
- Openings available all days of the week. Looking for 1-2 people to fill shifts at least 5 days a week.
- Knowledge of baking procedures and finishing outcomes a must. Please bring in resume with prior experience if interested in the position.
