Prep Cook
Labor Finders is looking to hire a Prep Cook for a local Catering Company
HIRING IMMEDIATELY - WEEKLY PAY
Positions: Prep Cook Location: Paso Robles, CA
Pay: $18.00/Hour Days: Must be flexible to be scheduled any day, including weekends.
DUTIES
Ensure the preparation station and the outdoor kitchen are set up and stocked including the setup/start of the ovens.
Prepare components of each item on the menu by chopping, cutting, and preparing all foods that will include pizza.
Prepping Pizza Dough
Report to the Executive Chef and follow instructions.
Make sure food preparations and storage areas meet health and safety standards
Clean prep areas
Cook menu items.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Must have a valid current food handler’s certification
Experience in cooking in a fast-paced environment is essential
Experience in pizza preparation and completion
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods
Excellent communication and organization skills
Aptitude for multi-tasking
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
