Hotel in Morro Bay has evening desk shift opening from 3 PM to 1130 PM or 4 pm to midnight.
Must have strong customer service background and good computer skills. Hotel experience preferred but not necessary.
Duties include, but not limited to, checking guests in and out, posting payments, taking phone reservations, assisting guests with questions or issues and basic email correspondence. Light clean up of lobby is required to keep our areas always looking good.
Training is provided to learn our property management system and other areas.
We prefer a no drama environment, thus looking for friendly and caring individuals to join our team.
Walking up and down stairs is a must and being able to multi task is preferred as it can get busy during summer months.
Part or Full time positions open. Must be able to pass basic background test.
