Key Responsibilities
Build relationships and connection with spa guests

Monitor team’s performance through coaching, training, and feedback
Recognize and reward high performance individuals as well as the team collectively
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility is running in a safe and efficient manner including opening and closing procedures
Position requirements
Complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility
Be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant)
