We are an upscale Oribe/Kerastase salon in downtown Ross. We are looking for a front desk manager that is collaborative and a great communicator with staff and also clients. Someone able to grow and establish professional and personable relationships with our clients, ensuring their salon experience is high end and luxurious. We are looking for someone to help grow the business by managing and meeting sales goals and making sure that the front desk is running efficiently and smoothly. Happy and upbeat demenor is a must.
We are needing 3 days a week with the option to go up to 5 days.
Duties include: answering phones, managing the books/salon software, booking and closing clients out, inventory, and making sure the over all salon is running smoothly.
