We are looking for a part time Salon Concierge and Quickbooks Manager. Must have prior salon, guest service and Quickbooks experience. Hours are Tuesday - Thursday 9:30 am to 5 pm. Occasional Saturdays and special events such as wine walks and pop ups may be needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years salon, guest service or management experience.
- Apple computers and Quickbooks experience.
- Desire to work in a fashion forward environment and have a stylish presentation.
- Knowledge of salon products such as Aveda and Oway.
Concierge Job Description:
- Front desk operations, phones and booking
- Greeting Guest of both the Salon and Collective
- General housekeeping and salon sanitation
- Banking and daily deposits/cash handling
- Retail displays and retail sales.
- Performing Aveda Added Value Services such as make up touch ups and product demonstrations.
- Opening and closing of salon
- Social media marketing and email marketing
- Event planning and hospitality
Bookkeeper Job Description:
- Daily data entry of sales and deposits
- Weekly reports
- Monthly reconciliation
