Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and eager-to-learn Entry-Level Wholesale Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base and grow our brand. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the world of artisanal home goods!
Who You are:
A people person who loves to talk, meet new people, and travel.
Someone with a passion for home goods/ home décor.
Someone with the desire to build a sales career.
What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Learn, promote, and sell our products, understanding how to communicate our product stories effectively to our customers.
Develop long-term customer relationships by engaging with customers in person, over the phone and via email.
Lots of Travel! Travel to nationwide tradeshows to meet new and existing customers to sell our products.
Process orders, track shipments, and provide A+ customer service.
Grow and develop within our company through collaborations with internal teams and mentorship.
Requirements:
Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and a natural conversationalist.
Passionate at sales and eager to learn the ins and outs of the business and industry.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment who is motivated by achieving goals.
Tech savvy. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn other sales tool software.
Experience in sales or customer service, but not required. We will train the right person!
Work Environment:
This position is based in our office located at 1065 Broadway Ave, San Pablo, CA 94806. The primary mode of customer interaction outside of tradeshows will be via phone and email.
