We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Account Manager to manage and grow a substantial portfolio of existing accounts. This role demands a unique combination of technical roofing knowledge, superior communication skills, customer relationship management, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison for existing accounts, fostering lasting client relationships through proactive communication and rapid issue resolution.

Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client accounts, uncovering new project possibilities and service needs.

Develop and deliver timely, technically accurate proposals and project bids.

Prospect strategically to secure new accounts, expanding Rain Defense’s market presence.

Conduct or review detailed site inspections, oversee projects in collaboration with the operational crew leadership, and ensure execution aligns with technical specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience with roofing systems and building envelope maintenance.

Proven experience managing and growing client relationships within multi-family residential, HOA, property management, construction management, or REIT environments.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Possession of a roofing or general contractor license is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Demonstrated success in consultative selling and customer relationship management.
