We are looking for an onsite manager for a 25-unit, open-style building in the heart of the Belmont Hills. The complex is just east of Highway 92 and less than a mile west of Carlmont Village Shopping Center.
The manager is responsible for day-to-day operation of the building, including:
Tenant and vendor communication and relations.
Leasing units and completing related paperwork.
Rent collection.
Communication with corporate office.
Light building maintenance.
The manager must have a flexible and open daily schedule that allows for he/she to perform the required duties in a timely, efficient and reasonable manner. An individual with sufficient outside passive income (pension, annuity, investment income, etc.) is ideal.
Compensation includes:
Full rent credit on a brand new 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit and basic utilities.
A small monthly salary ($700.00).
