We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Daily inspections of all community grounds and facilities
Scheduling maintenance
Scheduling vendors
Maintaining property and resident files
Weekly property status reporting
Daily communication with Regional Supervisor
Working in a multi function office and rental center
Managing delinquencies, collections, and evictions
Leasing
Experience and Qualifications:
Apartment management
Reliable vehicle with valid registration & insurance
Successful closing ands rental experience
Basic understanding of maintenance
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Computer proficiency / Yardi experience a plus
Eagerness to learn
Flexibility
Ability to work weekends
Must have reliable transportation with valid insurance and registration.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check including credit, criminal, driving record, and previous employment reference check.
