Access Property Management Inc / Feagley Realtors in Point Richmond are looking for a part time office assistant for our property management company.
Office experience a must. Must be organized. Knowledge of creating files and updating filing systems. Must be a multitask and detail-oriented person with the ability to follow direction and instructions well. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
Must know how to operate office equipment and phone systems. Must know office and business computer programs like AppFolio, Microsoft word, Excel, Adobe, one note, Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom. AppFolio knowledge a plus.
Some maintenance and construction knowledge and management skills needed. Valid Ca. driver's license needed. Must have dependable transportation, some driving may be needed. Work schedule will be 25-30hr a week, Some remote weekend on call. Flexible schedule, nice environment with a small staff.
Should be familiar with Property Management rent control laws. Move in and move out process, inspections and documentation.
Bilingual helpful.
We are a small Property Management company with properties across Contra costa, Alameda and Solano counties. We manage Single family, multi-family homes to commercial properties. Room for education and personal growth in the Property management and Real estate industry.
Must have above average "People Skills" and have good coping skills.
