Overview
I seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Personal Assistant to partner with. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks. This role is essential in establishing a filing system for real estate files. You will also be asked to organize a closet full of clothes for a successful San Francisco real estate professional.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support by creating files per a predetermined set of criteria
Organize a clothing system for personal closet
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
I'll pay you $1000 for 20 hrs. I'll pay you in cash at the end of your 8.5 hour days. Two and a half Thursdays for the next 3 weeks. I'll order lunch and provide a safe, clean environment to work.
