The Office & Personal Assistant position is responsible for overseeing multiple projects including coordinating physical mailings and personal support for the CEO’s in their home
You must have excellent communication skills in managing CEO’s expectations and delivering that
extra WOW! Factor. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people, has
exquisite attention to detail, likes cleaning, and is looking to establish long-term work with a fast-growing, successful company.
Experience you must have:
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office assistant experience
Skills and Qualities:

Office and Personal Assistant Tasks of this Role:
Office and administrative work
Mailings to clients
Errands
Organization
Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, sweeping, vacuuming)
Light food prep
Admin tasks
Household and organizational projects
Managing mail
Managing car maintenance
Overall support system for a busy family
Requirements:
20-24 hours per week, as needed
Additional hours may be requested
