We are seeking a bright, meticulous, experienced Personal/Admin Assistant to support the CEO of a small business providing executive coaching and focused on women's leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

Meticulous attention to detail.

Growth mindset. Curious & eager to seek ways to improve systems & approach.

Someone who delights in bringing order to the creative chaos of a busy business owner.

Own an Apple laptop or iPad.

Have access to a reliable vehicle.

Minimum 5 year experience Admin or Personal Assistant for a business owner or executive.

Comfortable in a home-office environment.

Dog Friendly: Delight in being around a large, sweet, playful shepherd/lab mix puppy.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bright. Tenacious. Kind.

Comfort and grace in providing and receiving artful feedback.

Skilled in translating verbal instructions into tangible deliverables.

Spirit of collaboration and desire to jump in where needed.

REPRESENTATIVE ADMIN & PERSONAL SUPPORT DUTIES

Sort, scan, file, & organize incoming paperwork.

Follow up on the labyrinthian path of medical insurance reimbursements.

Schedule home maintenance/repairs.

Purchase/order supplies from local stores & online.

Assist with light chores: grocery shopping, cooking occasional meals, light vacuuming, etc.

Various errands, including Amazon returns to UPS/USPS.

Magically anticipate what else might be helpful

Not requisite, but oh so helpful: Knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Workspace, AcuityScheduling, SquareSpace, Trello, and whatever the next fabulous invention for miraculously simplifying work might be.

SCHEDULE

Flexible. Estimating an average of 10-15 hours/week over 2-3 days/week.

Mix of in-person/on-site work & some virtual.

Home/Office located in Kenwood / South East of Santa Rosa.
