A local Production company looking for a PT employee to join our team. Accounting experience a plus
DUTIES INCLUDE: Must be experienced office person Communication with customers verbally and in writing. Writing orders into invoices
Answering phones, filing customer files, entering invoices into accounting program, tracking incoming orders/returns, Coordinating materials in warehouse, General office support. Taking on other responsibilities as requested.

Able to Multiple Task
Administrative and accounting experience.
Professional with customers and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
