We are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at an assisted living facility in Antioch, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rent collections and deposits. This is a 1099 contractor position with an expected volume of around 40 checks per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect rent checks from residents (approx. 40 checks/month).
Log payments accurately into the tracking system.
Deposit checks at the bank in a timely manner.
Follow up on any payments that have not been received.
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in California.
Reliable and detail-oriented.
Own car and valid insurance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Hours & Compensation:
Flexible, part-time hours.
$400 per month (contractor, 1099).
Must be available for check deposits and follow-ups as needed.
