Position: Dispatcher & Accounting clerk needed for a transportation company.
Shift work start time: 5am Monday to Friday
Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 5am-2pm (40 hours weekly schedule)
Duties:
1. Confirm and send trip schedule to drivers.
2. Maintain Daily schedule for drivers.
3. Communicate with drivers, client, and passengers.
4. Data entry.
5. enter accounting data to excel (must know MS excel, word and email)
6. must have a valid driver's license
Requirements:
1. Must have experience doing dispatch work.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Must be organized and detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment, and quick learner.
Pay: $25-$28 per hour depending on experience. Serious inquiries only, do not apply if you cannot start work 5am, Requires to be at office.
