Position: Dispatcher/Customer Representative needed for a garage door company.
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Schedule: Sunday-Friday, 4:00PM-10:00PM (Remote), Tuesday, 7:00AM-4:00PM (In Office)
Duties:
1. Communicating with sales reps, subcontractors, & customers.
2. Organize leads depending on location.
3. Schedule technicians for jobs.
4. Data entry into CRM.
Requirements:
1. Experience in dispatching for garage doors, preferred.
2. Must know how to read maps.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. High communication skills with great energy.
6. Power Dispatch CRM, preferred.
7. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and open minded.
8. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Pay: $4,000 per month.
