Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Specialist to be a part of our customer contact team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and support the sales process by managing inbound and outbound customer interactions. This role is essential in driving the success of our sales representatives by ensuring leads are properly qualified and customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with leads in an efficient and professional manner to foster strong customer relationships.

Reach out to customers to schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.

Work with the CRM schedule calendar to ensure appointments and follow-ups are managed effectively.

Coordinate Sales Representatives’ schedules to optimize their efficiency and support sales goals.

Analyze call center metrics, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Work with lead generation platforms to manage and qualify incoming leads.

Track lead conversions and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.

Align call center strategies with overall sales goals to drive revenue growth.

Manage and oversee the performance and activities of bookers to ensure effective scheduling and lead management.

Qualifications

2+ years of call center management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to motivate a team.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in call center software, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in lead generation or the roofing/construction industry is a plus.
