We are a residential general contracting company, experience in office work and/or construction would be helpful.

Scheduling
Filing
Bill Pay
Payroll
Data Entry
Paperwork
Orders
Errands
Cleaning/organizing
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be highly organized and able to manage schedules and documents efficiently.
Work proactively, anticipating needs and solving problems without constant direction.
Have strong computer and tech skills, experience in Quickbooks would be helpful, printer maintenance
Adapt easily to changing priorities and work well in both structured and flexible environments.
Pay close attention to detail
Be dependable
Must be good with children! Our home office is separated from the house but children are on the premise.
Full time position but can be flexible with schedules
