Menlo Park based software reseller company have an immediate opening for a full-time administrative assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and C-level individuals.
We are looking for a motivated, organized person that would enjoy the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Pleasant, positive, professional attitude, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage time efficiently, multi-task and learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Exercise sound judgment in handling urgent matters
- Must be enthusiastic, positive team player willing to learn
- U.S. citizen; fluent in English (required); Mandarin preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support to C-level individuals.
- Organize and plan company events and meetings
- Other administrative duties as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
