Regional construction company seeking a reliable, organized individual to join our work family.
Responsibilities include:
Will help management team with correspondence, special projects, answering phones and e-mails, filing, coordinating office events and helping make our company a great place to work
Assist team with requested tasks
Run errands on as needed basis
Help with office logistics
Assisting with fleet reports, maintenance reports, safety reports, etc.
Cross train with purchasing, some accounting tasks, HR or warranty
Completed or is working college degree and has at least a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in fast pace environment
This is a M-F 8-5 in office position. Not Remote.
