Vacancy caducado!

The mission of COPE is to help residents, families, and neighborhoods become and remain better prepared to respond to and recover from emergency situations. COPE is built upon the concept of “neighbor helping neighbor” to foster community preparedness. COPE is a grassroots community-based organization that engages with public safety agencies, non-profits, and non-governmental organizations to support community-based emergency preparedness efforts. Our Board consists of COPE leaders, fire officials, local government officials and employees, and nonprofit leaders.

As the only compensated employee, the Executive Director serves as the representative of COPE in the community. The position will support fundraising and development in coordination with the Board and the Board’s fundraising committee.
