Creative business owner in need of A SUPERSTAR assistant who is highly motivated, comfortable multitasking, and can hit the ground running.
Please do not apply if you live somewhere that prohibits you from working person to person in San Francisco at least 2 days a week.
This position requires an individual who is extremely well organized, has a solution based mindset, enjoys collaborating, and is capable of jumping in, with enthusiasm, on day one.
Required skill set:
Incredible organizational skills
AutoCAD
Adobe Photoshop/InDesign
SketchUp skills a plus
Candidate must be very technologically savvy and comfortable with:
Dropbox
Producing spreadsheets and schedules
Drafting grammatically correct/tight email correspondence (I will help and proofread, until you are in the flow).
A true self starter in terms of suggesting and creating systems to help organize and streamline
Instagram/Social media enthusiast
I'm looking for someone who is not shy or afraid to ask questions b/c forward momentum requires this.
NOTE: There will also be personal assistant tasks.
Candidates who respond must have undergraduate degree, design/art world preferred, and a minimum 2-5 years actual/true/real work experience.
