Job Description: Field Marketing Coordinator (Cannabis Industry)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align with sales strategy and related field marketing activities.
Daily task of scheduling weekly promotions with key accounts. You will work with 6-8 brand ambassadors schedule to cover each promotion.
Conduct product trials and sampling, provide merchandising assistance, and engage in effective communication outreach.
Educate budtenders and consumers on the unique value proposition of our products.
Innovate ways to engage customers and budtenders, aligning with sales/business priorities.
Cultivate strong relationships with managers, budtenders, and customers.
Assist in organizing and activating events to enhance brand visibility.
Engage in outreach efforts to connect with potential customers.
Act as the advocate for our company, mission, brands, and products.
Travel throughout the assigned territory and maintain flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Experience:
High school graduate.
Previous experience in a similar position.
Cannabis knowledge and experience preferred.
Ability to take direction and a proactive approach to learning about customer needs.
Physical Requirements:
Clear speech and hearing for effective communication.
Clear vision.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and a clear DMV record.
Ability to drive up to 8 hours a day.
Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Capable of standing for up to 8 hours a day and performing physical tasks inherent to the position's essential functions.
Salary
Starting at $25 per hour
