Overview:
Continental Sales & Marketing (CSM) is a premiere manufacturers' representative company with over 40 years of being in business. CSM is expanding our national footprint, and looking to fill an eCommerce position on our growing team!
The eCommerce Account Manager position will be responsible for managing and growing our HomeDepot.com and Amazon.com vendor-customer relationships. This salaried position includes an excellent incentive program, and is a great opportunity for a growth minded individual. CSM offers a competitive benefits package including 401K and company paid expenses. Travel will consist of about 5% of this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day product issues with regards to information clarification requests
Work with vendors to get information necessary to setup new products on websites
Setup new products on sites which typically entails data manipulation, creating creative marketing descriptions and image uploading
Optimize product pages to increase sales based on direction from manager
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing promotions to drive sales
Responsible for managing end-to-end relationship with multiple vendors across HomeDepot.com and Amazon.com
Comfortable living in Excel, Powerpoint, and emails!
Qualifications:
College degree
Experience working with online retailers (other eCommerce customers a plus!) or at an online retailer
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to take direction
Quick and resourceful learner (i.e. Google or Chat-GPT it!)
Experience working with data in Excel (VLOOKUPs) - VBA experience a strong plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, track and execute multiple open projects simultaneously
Desire to take on responsibilities above and beyond explicit direction
