Seeking fast-paced, solution-oriented, and highly motivated individual who is a self-starter and quick learner. Must be willing to take initiative, generate feedback, and ask questions in order to work independently. Juggle rapid fire requests and tight timelines while maintaining a proactive and calm attitude. Knowledge of the Natural Stone Industry a major plus. Some travel between California showrooms necessary. This is not a remote/work-from-home position, nor is it necessarily a sales position. We are open to hearing what your talents can bring to the company.

Job Specifics:

Learn, manage, maintain, and enhance company social marketing efforts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and response success. This includes Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, X, YouTube, designer sites and more.

Website collaboration to create AI-generated new content, blog posts, and product pages. Monitor performance analytics tools and implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates, outrank competitors and achieve business goals.

Compile, analyze and evaluate results data from current mediums such as localized cable TV.

Interact with and help increase customer base of high-level interior designers, decorators, and architects in a friendly family-based environment. Attend industry events, trade shows and meetings, and provide support during company hosted events.

Work closely with Marketing Manager in order to learn from and replicate efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social marketing creation and coordination, preferably in the interior design industry.

Familiarity with social media channels and the ability to adapt those venues to the natural stone industry.

Willingness to self-educate, learn product benefits and distinctionson-siteand evaluate/compare competition.
