Our small, 7-attorney litigation firm with emphasis in personal injury defense seeks a civil litigation attorney with 3-6 years’ civil litigation experience. This is an in-office position. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the files assigned to you with a degree of autonomy based on experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience either at a heavy volume-driven PI Plaintiff or at a PI defense firm and is a self-starter that is driven by long-term career goals. Insurance defense experience preferred but not required. Excellent legal writing required. Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience with Clio preferred but not required.
