Contingency Fee Lawyer Sought To Attend And Argue Probate Hearing In October 2025
I need to sue my cousin/Executor in a probate case where he gave all the assets to himself. There are $1.5M+ in court verified assets and extensive damages to me on top of that. I need a contingency fee structure. The next hearing is at the end of October. The Court has waived all my fees. I am the sole child of Decedent. This Probate Court conducts all cases via Zoom remote camera. Judges were switched in this case mid way, neither Judge has heard full case.
Court has verified that Decedent was not of sound mind when (twice convicted felon) Suspect wrote fake will naming himself as sole beneficiary.
