Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Yard Lead full-time position is a supportive leadership role that executes responsibilities related to the daily tasks and functions of the service yard and broader facilities. Supporting the operations of the company, the Yard Lead ensures that all his/her efforts are compliant with the company’s goals, values, and standards.
Job Description:
The primary duties of the Yard Lead vary from day to day but generally include cleaning and repairing company equipment, maintenance of facilities and grounds, periodic delivery of service equipment and picking up of company items as needed. Some examples of tasks are general building maintenance, grounds upkeep, washing fleet vehicles, and assisting staff by re-stocking company vehicles.
The Yard Lead may also serve as a support to interdepartmental teams needs or service routes and should possess a valid (and in good standing) CA driver’s license (Class C). All deliveries and/or pickup of company items will be made in a company vehicle.

Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.
