The Lead Carpenter position is a hands-on, on-site position. This position requires high quality skills and must be a reliable team player. We are looking for people who take a lot of pride in their work and want the best outcome for our homeowners. You MUST have experience in high-end residential construction.
Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products, ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to drywall
Perform work in accordance with safety best practices
Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition
Conduct building inspections and identify needed repairs
Document repairs and maintain thorough records
Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed
Build doors, cabinets, and windows
Measure and mark materials for alterations
Ensure job site is clean and safe every day
Other duties as assigned
