Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Construction Worker to join our team. As a Residential Construction Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the construction of residential buildings, including new constructions, renovations, and repairs. Your primary duties will include:
Project Management of residential construction projects and deligating as necessary
Performing a variety of construction tasks, including drywall installation, flooring, painting, and finishing.
Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks according to quality standards and timelines.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning up debris and waste materials.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment at the job site.
Communicating effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to improve performance and efficiency on the job.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
-Proven experience as a construction worker in residential construction projects.
-Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-OSHA certification and other relevant training are preferred.
