SUMMARY

As a warehouse facilities lead associate, you will work in our corporate warehouse expediting deliveries of our tiki mugs, service-ware, syrups & more to our bars and eateries worldwide, as well as fulfilling customer orders of aloha merchandise and decor from our online shop. This role focuses on day-to-day shipping and receiving responsibilities, including but not limited to pulling stock, maintaining inventory, packing orders, loading and unloading shipments and performing local deliveries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup with a high level of accuracy

Assisting in the loading of delivery truck

Receiving shipments and logging receivables into inventory

Maintaining an accurate inventory count through routine audits

Communicating with supervisors, co-workers as well as customers in a professional and positive manner to facilitate the coordination of deliveries and pick-ups

Operates a forklift safely and efficiently & maintaining required certification

Performs vehicle safety checks regularly and reports discrepancies to supervisor

Assists in keeping facility clean & organized to ensure safety and keep operations running efficiently

Drives company van safely and makes deliveries to the business locations in Emeryville, San Jose, and other nearby locations

Meet or exceed all deadlines established

Be physically present in the workplace on a daily basis as scheduled

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to learn and follow basic principles of inventory control

Ability to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally

Good written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Must posess High school diploma or GED

Prior experience in operating a forklift preferred

Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to produce a valid CA Driver’s License with cleaning driving record. Driving a company vehicle is a requirement of the position

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
