SENS Restaurant group - Sens, Barcha and Bon Delire (opening in August 2024) is looking for a enthusiastic, self motivated, skilled Pastry Chef to run our pastry program.
Candidates considered:
. Experienced with multi-unit experience
. French pastry background preferred
. experienced baking cakes, tarts, plated desserts and pastries for events
. excellent flavorful, creative plated desserts
. 3 plus years of experience running a pastry department
. Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Possesses an eye for detail and can execute standards accordingly
. Manage the pastry assistants, ensuring that direction and guidance is provided and quality standards are achieved.
. Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
. Able to Work clean and have knowledge of HACCP
. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
. considerate with waste and food costs
