We are hiring a baker, pastry chef. this job work closely with our executive chef to execute our dessert menu.

interested , curious, and / or have some experience for Asian pastry

if you do have capability to help on prep for savory dishes, we do have more hours for prepping

- Daily changed Menu

- Upscale casual craft Asian food featuring Taiwanese cuisine (trending now) with a lot of fermentation and pickling elements in our food.

- Kitchen team is a group of 68 + FOH team 67 ppl, we love our food craft and we love our career and what we do

[GTE Baker / pastry chef : Work Hours, and job responsibility]

this position is managed to our executive chef

You will be executing our existing recipe for our nightly service

You will be working with our executive chef to perfecting the new dessert recipe and confirm the SOP, and then will take on daily operation

our current recipe to execute including: Cake roll, milk bread, cheesecake, cookies, pana cotta.

Working hours will be decided based on your availability and project to take. To start you will be working on Tuesday or Sunday with our executive chef, after you can execute by yourself you will most likely come in during the day time, WedSat. duringthe day time

Available working hours: Most likely 12 days per week to start with.

[JOB REQUIREMENT]

MUST have professional kitchen experiences 1+ Years

We will prefer you to have kitchen experiences with indie(not chained) restaurant or chef-driven type of the restaurant . or eager to work for chef-driven restaurant . Or you are very eager to learn in this type of the environment.

Able to / comfortable to work in open kitchen
