We are seeking a part-time Pasta Maker for evening shifts from 5pm-10 pm (flexible hours)
The role focuses on producing high-quality pasta for both retail sale and our culinary operations.
Responsibilities:
Craft various types of fresh pasta and ravioli.
Prepare and maintain adequate stock for daily requirements.
Keep the pasta-making area and machines clean and organized.
Requirements:
Prior experience in pasta making or a similar culinary role is preferred.
Knowledge of traditional pasta making techniques.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in the evenings.
