Our pasta shop is open 7 days a week selling 30+ pastas/sauces for easy dinners at home. Dine-in service is walk-in only and is our unique version of casual: shakers of parm on the table, super affordable, 90s hip hop, a milk crate full of fun wines, and guests order at the door with the host then are pointed to their table.

This position would be a solid fit for someone with a fast-casual background that is interested in working with a wider range of products, or for an individual with fine dining experience who is looking for a less stuffy work environment. Some job duties will be as expected (actively managing the floor during dinner service) and many are unique to our concept (like making sure our retail always looks incredible). Our compensation is generous and there is a LOT of opportunity for growth.
Weekend and evening availability is required. Good communication skills, a firm general base of wine knowledge and awesome energy/attitude are definitely required.
