Our shop is open 7 days a week: retail 10am-9pm, lunch 11-4, and dinner 430-9. Service is walk-in only and our unique version of casual: high energy, very affordable, 90s hip hop, a milk crate full of “reserve wines”, lobster butter, parm shakers on the table. Some job duties will be as expected (running drinks/food) but most are very unique to our concept (host takes orders at the door and points guests to their tables)
This position would be a solid fit for someone with a fast-casual background that is interested in working with a wider range of products, or for an individual with fine dining experience who is looking for a less stuffy work environment. Our compensation is generous and provides room for growth - most of our service team bring in between $30-$34 an hour, and we have great health and dental options for full time employees. Weekend and evening availability is required. A conversational-level of wine knowledge is preferred.
