Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for checking food equipment, event food including garnishes as well as making sure everything is in order for the proper execution of the event.
Understand and review BEO ( Banquet event order) prior to each event.
Produces and execute catering events (events vary from 20-150 guests)
Good communication with executive chef.
Requirements:
Availability to work every day of the week including holidays
Must be able to work in a stationary position for 7-8 hours (excluding breaks) at a time
Must be able to move 40 pounds at time
Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
Food Handler's Certification
